Getting Started

Acquiring a new generation of talent: giving students the chance to get to know the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies at trade fairs.

For many students, brands such as PENATEN®, NEUTROGENA® or PIZ BUIN® are household names. However, not everyone is familiar with the company behind these products or the numerous job opportunities it offers. For this reason, the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is increasing its presence at job fairs in Switzerland in order to speak more directly to university graduates. The goal is to present the exciting career opportunities at the company, intensify the dialog with universities (such as through partnerships) and, in particular, to acquire a new generation of talent for Johnson & Johnson. Johnson & Johnson employees are on location at the job fairs to answer students’ numerous questions about working at the company and talk to them about what day-to-day working life at Johnson & Johnson is like.

Entry made easy
Interested candidates can easily register at the job fair via iPad; the Recruiting department will then contact them with further details.

If candidates register on our job portal, we will receive their résumés, information on their college majors and the department at Johnson & Johnson that interests them – be it Sales & Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement or Engineering. If a vacancy in their chosen area arises, the students will receive a message, giving them a valuable edge over the competition in the application process. One beneficial side effect of this digital form of talent management is the fact that it saves paper and protects the environment – making it the ideal fit for our company philosophy of resource conservation.
